Consular fees

Consular fee can be found here. 

Starting from 1st August 2021, the Consular Fees are to be paid in Vietnamese Dong only by bank transfer to our bank account.

The exchange rate is established by our Federal Public Service of Foreign Affairs.

You must transfer the exact amount in Vietnamese Dong and send us the proof by email to : hanoi@diplobel.fed.be  

You are requested to contact Consular Officer before making any payment.  A mistaken transaction may not be refunded. 

From 02/02/2020 the Short Stay Schengen Visa Fee has changed due to the new Visa Code.
