Honorary Consul of Belgium in Ho Chi Minh City: Mr. Gricha Safarian
Consular assistant: Mrs. Quynh Thuy Tran
Mr. Safarian, who is a Belgian national, knows Vietnam very well where he is already active since 1994. He is currently the executive director of “Puratos-Grand Place Vietnam” with headquarters in HCMC.
