Who's who?
Honorary Consul of Belgium in Ho Chi Minh City: Mr. Gricha Safarian
Consular assistant: Mrs. Quynh Thuy Tran
Mr. Safarian is a Belgian national, who has been active in Vietnam since 1994. He is currently the executive director of “Puratos-Grand Place Vietnam” with headquarters in HCMC.
The Honorary consul is competent for consular assistance to Belgians in need, issuance of temporary passports and signature of life certificates. For all other matters, please contact hanoi@diplobel.fed.be. Honorary consuls are volunteers who exercise their mandate free of charge.
